NOTE: this recipe has a long preparation time.
1 KG of chickpeas
1KG of dried beans
1 sweet potato
4 red onions
8 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of salt
2 tablespoons of carbon sodium
2 litres of sunflower oil
Soak the chickpeas and dry beans in water for 12 hours
Put the onion and garlic in the mixer, then add the peeled sweet potato. Mix very well.
After mixing, put the falafel dough in a pot for one hour before cooking it.
Use the falafelmaker to make falafel balls. Fry the balls in oil at 180°C.
