How will you contribute to this fantastic story?
As "guest success hero", you will be in charge of incoming calls, e-mails and all messages coming in through the various channels. You will find out what the questions are and do your utmost to help our guests in the best possible way.
A reservation, cancellation, change or request? You know what needs to be done! What's more, our guests hear your laughter over the phone. Fantastic!
You make the correct input via the various softwares and are in contact with our various branches.
Communication will always be in Dutch, English or French.
Our fine offices are located in the center of Ghent
